We would love to accommodate all requests but an early check in or late check out will depend on other room bookings around your stay. Please ask us at check in or in the week leading up to your stay to see if we can organise one of these requests for you.

Checking in late? There is always someone on site that will be able to assist you with a late check-in. Please let us know prior if you plan to arrive late.

Yes, we have parking for all of our guests.

We are an adults only retreat. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but out of respect for our other guests, please leave your kids at home and take the time for yourself to disconnect and recharge.

We do not have room service. However, Uber Eats and Menulog both deliver straight to our retreat. We also have minibars in each of our rooms.

We have mini bars in all of our rooms that include a small selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks.

You are welcome to buy a gift voucher online and it will be emailed to you as a PDF. You are also welcome to visit our retreat to purchase a gift voucher and we will print the voucher off and place it into a special gift envelope for you.

If you would like to make a booking with a gift voucher, please call or email us and we will make the booking for you.

We are a secluded retreat that is based on peace & quiet and relaxation. Therefore, out of respect for our other guests, we can't allow wedding parties to get ready at our retreat. If you book our retreat for a wedding party and do not inform us, we reserve the right to refuse your booking on the day of check-in.

Our retreat is designed as a peaceful getaway so out of respect for our other guests we do not allow parties and have a maximum occupation of two people in each room only.

We have a strict no smoking policy.

We recommend that you book spa treatments as soon as possible as our day spa is popular and does book out.
