Our Wine Barrel room is our premier room at our retreat and is an experience like no other. We did not take any shortcuts in the design of this room in order to give you the most unique, luxurious and memorable experience possible. The unique architectural design of the room complements our picturesque retreat perfectly and is something you need to see in order to fully appreciate its size and beauty.
To complement the aesthetics of this room we have included everything that we could possibly think of to maximise your stay with us.
Starting with the outside of the room, you will be given your own private golf cart that will be yours to shuttle you back and forward from your car to your room for the duration of your stay with us. You will also have your own private panoramic sauna to use as you please and a breathtaking cedar hot tub situated on your balcony.
Once you enter through the natural cedar stacker door into your room you will marvel at the high ceiling, sheer space and luxury of the room. You have a large 60-inch smart TV to finish that series you have been hanging out to complete, or if you'd prefer, you can finish that series whilst relaxing in our giant freestanding bathtub on your smart TV in your bathroom.
We don't like shower screens so we decided not to give you one in the Wine Barrel. Instead, we designed a large walk-in shower with more than enough shower head options to keep you from having to fight for your turn in the water.
All guests receive a complimentary welcome platter upon arrival. We also provide you with a massive gourmet breakfast that will be delivered to your room in the morning so you can relax in our dreamy bed and not have to worry about getting up and looking for breakfast in the morning. Our standard nightly pricing rates for our Wine Barrel room are as follows,
Friday & Saturday Nights = $945/night
Sunday Nights & Weeknights = $865/night
Public Holidays = $945/night
Our check-in time for our Wine Barrel room is 1pm and our check-out time is 11am.
Our maximum room occupancy for this room is two people only. As we are an adults-only retreat, children are not allowed to stay in our rooms.
Room Inclusions The Wine Barrel Amenities
We are a secluded retreat that is based on peace & quiet and relaxation. Therefore, out of respect for our other guests, we can't allow for wedding parties to get ready at our retreat. If you book our retreat for a wedding party and do not inform us, we reserve the right to refuse your booking on the day of check-in.
Payment Policy: We require a $50 payment at the time of booking for all reservations. This payment is non-refundable. We don't require any additional payment until 14 days from the day of check-in. At this time, we require payment for the amount of your first night's stay. We will take the remaining balance for your stay during check-in.
Cancellation Policy: You are welcome to cancel or change your booking up to 14 days from the day of check-in. After this date, we will retain the deposit for your first night's stay in the event of any cancellations or reschedules. All no-shows will be liable to pay the full balance for their stay.
